Story of some ticket
One week ago I was taking the bus to the university when the ticket
control came. Well, it doesn't happen often. Finally I could be proud of my
tic... O M G! (I started looking for ticket in my handbag) WHERE IS MY TICKET AND
WHY ISN'T IT IN MY PURSE?!?! Of course just today I forgot to take my wallet with me. I gave my identity card to tickets controller
in a humble way.
TC: „Do you want to pay immediately?”
ME: „No I just forgot my monthly ticket. I would cancel out of this”.
He laughed and said:
TC: „Let me guess - you left it in another handbag? Every woman should have at least four monthly tickets.
A ticket in every bag”.
:D
Is clogging the bags by women biologically conditioned?
Whether various features depend on sex? It is believed. Isn't it like this?
I was treated in this way because I'm a woman. Here I present few cases
for which equality is more and more important (and it doesn't depend on sex).
"Employer and employee
cousins be"
Being "innovative" is a feature that every company boasts. Is it
enought? Definitely not.
Nowadays employers, in order to meet potential employee needs, create
more and more sophisticated programs. Companies organize career fairs, job
fairs, company open days, programs for students, paid trainings, etc. All of
this to find a perfect employee. For instance: Employers Days (www.dnipracodawcy.pl) take place from 7 to 11 April. Prospect employees can ask about everything (how to pass a job interview, how the career path looks, what are the working
conditions in the factory, ect.) It's unbelievable, but employers are trying to
attract workers to themselves. Difference between the employer (boss- on the
top) and the employee (lower) disappeared.

Equality between the recipient and the
advertiser.
The last thing which I associate with equality is the matter of ads on
youtube. There are two methods to
advertise something on youtube. We can cancel an ad after five seconds or we
have to watch it till the end. Companies which take care about their prospect
clients usually use first way. People would remember firm which gave them
choice, as a company which treats them equally. That's exactly what companies want
to achieve. Inversely, companies which force us to watch the full length ad, make us feel bored and we have no positive memories connected with them. It's even worst than TV ads, because we can't
change the channel.
Anyway if the companies want their customers to think that they are treated equally, they should use
ads that can be canceled.
